Basic Payroll Package

Our basic payroll package includes the capturing of wage related hours and/or salary information as necessary, leave management, deductions including garnishee orders and other statutory deductions, and take-on and terminate actions as required.

The basic payroll package includes:

• Pdf payslips sent via email for printing and distribution by yourselves.
• Email reports allowing your compliance with statutory requirements. These include Emp201 (PAYE, UIF and SDL for SARS), Irp5s (tax compliance obligations for SARS) and WCF (Workmen’s Compensation Fund).

The basic payroll package features and services are the minimum necessary to allow your payroll to be effectively outsourced. Other payroll associated services such as payslip printing, preparation and submission of statutory reports and other reporting such as for Statistics South Africa and MIBCO (Motor Industry Bargaining Council) and release of wages and/or salaries can be added as additional services.

Additional Services

Additional services are available to allow you to complement the basic payroll package in accordance with your requirements.

Payslips – These can be printed on confidential payslip stationery and couriered to your door for distribution to your staff.

Emp201 (PAYE, UIF and SDL monthly returns for SARS) – We can complete the Emp201 on your behalf for you to submit to SARS or we can also submit to SARS on your behalf.

Irp5s (annual tax summaries for employees for SARS) – These can be printed and couriered to your door or we can also submit to SARS on your behalf.

WCF (Workmen’s Compensation Fund) returns – These can be completed on your behalf for you to submit to the WCF or we can also submit these on your behalf.

Stats Returns – These can be completed on your behalf for you to submit to Statistics South Africa or we can also submit these on your behalf.

MIBCO Returns (previously MICFA, only motor industry) – Returns can be completed and submitted to the Motor Industry Bargaining Council on your behalf.

Release of Wages and/or Salaries – We can release your staff wages and/or salaries directly into their bank accounts.
